How long does my order take to ship?
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order is fulfilled along with shipping carrier and tracking information. It is the receiver’s responsibility to track their package. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages once it has shipped. We recommend choosing the “signature-required” option to increase chances of the package not getting stolen.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
You may only exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. The candle must be unused and packaged in its original condition.
